I took this photo in Havana Cuba 2 years ago. What you don’t see behind this photo is I had to step on an unstable concrete block and hold my arm just so to capture the cross image.
Luckily I have long arms. I only took one photo, not a series of shots to find the best. Just one. Sometimes that is all you need. Just one.
This image wasn’t seen by most people. It wasn’t at eye level. It required just a little effort to see. To be willing to reach. You had to elevate your position for the view. How often do we do that for ourselves? To change our position to gain a better view, to elevate our eye-sight and line of sight to something higher?
Pursuit of the Cross series: Designed to encourage others to seek and see the cross in everyday life.
