Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final and we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.
Can I make adjustments to the order I placed?
We are not able to change or adjust orders after they have been placed.
Will an invoice be included in my order?
No, your order confirmation email serves as your receipt, so if you’re shipping a gift, you’re all set!
Are products available for wholesale?
Yes, some products are available for wholesale. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start a discussion.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days for these items to be shipped.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and we are not able to process returns. Please review all product photos and descriptions thoroughly before submitting your order.
Can I cancel/exchange/refund my order?
All sales are final and we cannot cancel, exchange, or refund an order after it has been placed.
What should I do if my order arrived incorrect or damaged?
Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Email email@example.com with your name and order number along with the photos. (Please note that we can only re-send items one time per order.)
